1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MorningX Video, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MorningX Video lets creators upload short product-related videos for review and possible payout according to campaigns and rules we publish. Features may change as we improve the platform.

3. Accounts & TikTok login

You may sign in with credentials we provide or with TikTok Login Kit. You are responsible for activity under your account. TikTok login is subject to TikTok’s own terms in addition to these Terms.

4. Content you upload

• You must own or have rights to the videos you upload, and they must follow campaign / product guidelines we provide.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, fraudulent, pornographic, or violent content, or content that misrepresents products.
• We may review, reject, remove, or refuse payout for content that violates these Terms or campaign rules.

5. Payouts

Payout eligibility, amounts, and timing follow our review and settlement process. Approval of a video does not guarantee payment until settlement steps are completed. You must provide accurate bank / payout information.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
